Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico)
by fax: +32 9 233 85 97 or email: info@semico.be

The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before September 30, 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00

From October 1 until October 31, 2024: 50% refund

As of November 1, 2024 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the meeting.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
